What's the minimum project size you'll take on?
For multi-family tier pricing, our minimum is 1,500 sf (small low-rise) — typically a 6-12 unit project. We scale from there to 25,000+ sf large multi-family. Aly will evaluate fit during your initial spec call.
Do you handle install or just supply?
Both. Our in-house install crews are scaled specifically for multi-family — phased install across building sections, unit-by-unit progress tracking, coordinated with your GC's schedule. We can supply-only if your GC has a preferred install partner, but most of our developer accounts run full-service through us.
How transparent are lead times?
Lead-time guarantees are written into your spec sheet from day one. Container scheduling from our European mills is timed to your construction phase milestones. We don't take a project we can't deliver on schedule.
What happens with punch-list replacements 2-3 years post-install?
Same SKU is available for 5+ years post-install for repair and punch-list replacement. This is a multi-family-specific commitment most suppliers don't make. If a unit needs a board replaced 3 years in, you're not hunting for a discontinued spec.
Do you support senior living or assisted living projects?
Yes — Aly has worked senior living and assisted living projects with specific spec adjustments for ADA compliance, wheelchair-rated wear layers, and slip-resistance requirements. Spec sheet includes the relevant compliance documentation.
Can we see a sample unit before committing to spec across the project?
Standard practice. We install one or two sample units first so your design team, ownership, and prospective tenants can review the finished look in real lighting. Spec proceeds after sign-off.
Do you work with production builders, not just developers?
Yes — Aly handles production builder accounts (50-300+ home neighborhoods) with the same model: volume tier pricing, in-house install scheduling, lead-time guarantees, replacement-SKU availability for warranty work.
