Our showroom is built for trade visitors — designers walking through with clients, builders pulling samples for spec sheets, architects matching a CSI submittal. Below is what's set up for you to see.
Full Riva Max color range
All 10 Riva Max colors (Crystal through Cigar) installed in 10-inch wide-plank panels. Walk the color range in real residential LED + daylight from north and south windows.
Pattern installations
French herringbone, English herringbone, and chevron pattern panels installed at full scale (~80-150 sq ft each) — you see the pattern read at room scale, not from a 4×4 sample chip.
Cotton Elite + Vandyck comparison
Side-by-side panels of Cotton Elite (select grade) and Vandyck (heavy character grade) — the easiest way to understand grade differences without ordering 6 sample boards.
Custom finish samples
Hardwax oil vs polyurethane vs reactive-fumed examples on identical European Oak base. See finish behavior under matching light conditions.
Sample kit staging
Take samples home for client presentations. Studio sample kits (8-piece) prepared on-site for designers; single-board pulls for spec deadlines.

Full CSI 3-part specs, CAD/BIM downloads, AIA spec data — printable or emailed. Ashley Brooke (architect rep) can pull spec submittals during your visit.

5-minute drive. North on Kirby, east on Colquitt past Greenbriar. Showroom on the south side, dedicated parking lot. Most River Oaks designer offices are 8-10 minutes away.
From Memorial
12 minutes via I-610 south to Kirby exit, south on Kirby, east on Colquitt. Free guest parking on site.
From Heights
15 minutes via I-10 west to Shepherd, south on Shepherd to Westheimer, east to Kirby, south to Colquitt.
From West U + Bellaire
10-12 minutes via Bissonnet north to Kirby, north on Kirby to Colquitt.
From Galleria
8 minutes via Westheimer east to Kirby, south on Kirby to Colquitt. Or 610 South to Kirby exit.

Drop-ins welcome during business hours, but we prefer appointments so the right channel rep is present and your spec questions get answered live. Three ways to book:

Common showroom questions.
Is Jamail open to homeowners walking in?
We're B2B trade-only. Homeowners are welcome to visit ALONGSIDE their designer or builder — we host designer-client walk-throughs frequently. We don't do consumer retail sales.
Can I take samples home from a showroom visit?
Yes — trade accounts get full sample kits (8-12 boards) on-site or shipped. Project-specific samples available within 48 hours for deadline work.
Do I need a trade account to visit?
No — visits are open to trade professionals (designers, builders, architects, developers) regardless of account status. Most visitors open a trade account during or after the visit; we set up applications on-site.
How long does a typical visit take?
30 minutes for a color/material overview. 60-90 minutes for a project-specific walk-through with spec discussion. We block 60 min by default — you can stay longer or wrap early.
Can clients meet at the showroom?
Yes — designer + client meetings are a regular use of the space. We can set up a private conference area with sample boards prepped for client presentation. Just flag it when you book.
Are weekend appointments available?
By request. Saturdays often available for designer-client meetings. Sundays rare but possible for time-pressured projects.
